This ensures projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with agreed objectives, while minimizing disruptions to ongoing operations.



Safety

A SHE-driven way of working, aligned with international Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) standards, including permit-to-work systems, LMRA, safety audits, and the structured safeguarding of procedures. All activities are carried out in compliance with client-specific requirements as well as applicable national and international laws, regulations, and standards.

Supervision of safe working practices at high-voltage substations, transmission lines, and connections.
Verification that activities are carried out in accordance with work permits, switching plans, and safety regulations.
Coordination between grid operators, contractors, and technicians.
Authority to stop work in unsafe situations.
Documentation of findings, including reporting, LMRA, and toolbox meetings.

HSE (Health, Safety & Environment)
Responsible for safeguarding health, safety, and the environment within projects and organizations. Oversees safe working practices, compliance with laws and regulations, risk assessments, toolbox talks, and incident investigations. Authorized to stop work in unsafe situations, with a strong focus on processes, behavior, and compliance.
